Piston pump: A4V90HW1Series Pump is swash plate design and used for hydraulic transmissions in closed circuit.Flow is proportional to input speed and displacement and is infinitely variable.
Output flow increases with swivel angle from 0 to maximum value.Swivelling the pump over center smoothly changes the direction of flow.
A highly adaptable range of control and regulating devices is available for various control and adjust function.The pump is equipped with two pressure relief valve on the high pressure ports to protect the hydraulic transmission from overload.These valves also function as boost pilot valves in standard model of the A4V series.An integral auxiliary pump serves as boost and pilot oil pump.The maximum boost pressure is limited by a built-in boost pressure relief valve.
As standard,we recommend that filtration in the suction line of the auxiliary(boost) pump is considerable,two sides of the pressure lines in boost circuit can be equipped with filters if necessary.
Variable displacement pump A4V series also supplies through drive which can connect a gear pump serves as auxiliary boost pump(used for the system whose drain oil beyond 70 percent of the output flow of the auxiliary pump),or connect a A10V variable pump,maybe it can be used to transmit a single circuit.
